SOME OF THE BLOCKS
THAT CAN PREVENT HAPPINESS!
THESE WILL ALSO PREVENT OUR LIVES WORKING EASILY,
AND PREVENT US FROM CREATING WHAT WE WANT IN OUR LIVES!
1. Our belief systems – particularly unconscious ones.
2. The thoughts we have – if we are focusing on ‘what’s not working’ we will create more of the same.
3. Our fears. Particularly the ones that we are not aware of. Maybe fear of the unknown could stop us from getting to know ourselves and because of this we will fear change.
4. Getting into blaming, judgment and/or criticism – of either ourselves or others.
5. Pay offs. We might stay stuck because it’s easier as our present situation fulfils our need for sympathy and/or attention. Many people like to have something to complain about.
6. Our level of self worth! If we have a low self worth our reality will be showing this in that we will be attracting fairly unbeneficial situations into our lives. This we can do without!
